
Overview Itinerary
PRIVATE, DAILY, 6 HOURSAfter the city tour visiting the main sites such as Plaza Seminario, the boulevard walk, Santa Ana hill and las Penas neighborhood, the group will be driven to the other side of the Guayas River.
The Historical Park, managed by the cultural department of the Central Bank, shows how life used to be in Guayaquil and its surroundings back in the eighteen, nineteen and early twenty century. Here we find a wild life zone where we could see monkeys, crocodiles, eagles, macaws, etc in a great and friendly natural tropical environment. Then we walk to the Urban architectural zone to observe the typical wooden construction and beautiful balconies from those years. Finally we visit the zone of traditions where different displays and presentations will connect us with the life of the local country people known as montubios and that of the wealthy farmers related to cocoa and coffee production.
